Originally a classically trained pianist, Amanda fell in love with the power of rock and the overdriven guitar. But not being one to be constrained to any one musical genre, she has blended the boundaries throughout her musical career between prog rock, blues, rock, jazz, folk and classical. An accomplished vocalist/songwriter, Amanda has written, recorded and performed extensively over the years, and her new solo album INNOCENCE and ILLUSION was released 20 August 2021. In November 2022, Amanda released a Christmas single AN OLD CHRISTMAS DAY, which captures the magical atmosphere of a cosy old-fashioned Christmas.
